“The freedom to create my own schedule, specialize in the services I feel most confident in, and create a space that is comfortable and somewhere my clients look forward to coming to.”
In your opinion, what are the benefits of independent salon ownership vs working at traditional salons?
“Truly being my own boss. Getting to make all of the decisions, big or small. Being able to use the products and supplies I prefer. And getting to make my own hours that are customized to not only my life but around my clients too.”
What do you love most about The Lofts?
“The energy! It’s so welcoming the second you walk in the door, any concerns or requests are met in a more than timely manner, and it feels very professional. My clients absolutely love it too!”
