Kenzie decided to pursue a career in hairdressing out of a love for creativity and a desire to help people feel their best. She has been in the beauty industry for six years and has been running her own salon for the past four. She has a passion for dimensional color and blondes, bringing vibrancy and life to her clients' hair.
What do you love most about being an Independent beauty professional and being your own boss?
“Having the freedom to do offer the services I love the most . I love being able to make my own schedule and be flexible for my clientele.”
In your opinion, what are the benefits of independent salon ownership vs working at traditional salons?
“Being independent allows so much freedom to choose your work hours, services you offer, products and colors you want to use. This flexibility is invaluable as it enables me to create a schedule that suits both my personal life and my clients' needs. I can continually expand and refine my service offerings based on the latest trends and my clients' desires without any limitations. Additionally, I select high-quality, innovative products that align with my professional standards and my clients' preferences. This ensures that I am always delivering the best possible results and staying true to my creative vision.”
What do you love most about The Lofts?
The community within. All of the professionals in the building are always hyping one another up . The management is top notice - always there when you have any questions or concerns.
